Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the evaluation pool, candidates must satisfy the following strict merit requirements:

General Applicants:

  • Must hold verified Nigerian citizenship.
  • Must be registered as a full-time, 200-level (second-year) student in an accredited Nigerian university.
  • Must have secured primary university admission during the 2024/2025 academic session.
  • Must possess a minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 3.5 on a 5.0 scale.
  • Must present a minimum of six (6) O’Level credits obtained in a single sitting.

Special Category (Applicants with Disabilities):

  • Must maintain a minimum CGPA of 2.5 on a 5.0 scale.
  • Must present at least five (5) O’Level credits.
  • Must supply a valid, official medical report confirming specific physical challenges (such as visual impairment).

Ineligibility Conditions:

  • Students currently holding any other active oil and gas sector scholarship or major corporate academic award are strictly excluded from applying.
