The Ehsaas Undergraduate Scholarship Programme, administered by the Poverty Alleviation and Social Safety Division, provides monthly stipends to students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds enrolled in public sector universities across Pakistan. Stipend: Rs. 12,000 per month, transferred directly to the student\'s Ehsaas bank account. The stipend covers the full academic year including holidays. Eligibility: Undergraduate students (Year 1 or Year 2) at any HEC-recognised public sector university. Family must be registered on the NSER (National Socioeconomic Registry) with a PMT (Proxy Means Test) score below 32. How to apply: Visit your university\'s focal person with your CNIC/Form B, NSER registration confirmation, and fee challan. Applications are processed at the university level and submitted to HEC batch-wise. For 2026, 50,000 scholarships are available nationwide. Priority is given to first-generation university students and female applicants from Balochistan, KPK, and rural Punjab.
