Balochistan Board Announces Matric Results; BRC Students Sweep Top Positions
The Balochistan Board has announced the matriculation annual results for 2026, with students from Balochistan Residential Colleges in Loralai and Zhob securing the top three positions with stellar scores.
بلوچستان ثانوی و اعلیٰ ثانوی تعلیمی بورڈ نے میٹرک کے سالانہ امتحانات کے نتائج کا باقاعدہ اعلان کر دیا ہے، جس میں صوبے بھر کے طلبہ نے نمایاں کامیابیاں سمیٹی ہیں۔
نمایاں پوزیشنوں کی بات کی جائے تو بلوچستان ریذیڈینشل کالج (بی آر سی) لورالائی کے طالب علم احمد نے 1051 نمبروں کے ساتھ پہلی پوزیشن پر قبضہ جمایا۔
دوسری پوزیشن بی آر سی ژوب کے مطیع اللہ کے حصے میں آئی جنہوں نے 1050 نمبر حاصل کیے، جبکہ تیسری پوزیشن پر بی آر سی لورالائی کے دو طلبہ یونس خان اور محمد مدثر 1046 نمبروں کے ساتھ مشترکہ طور پر براجمان رہے۔
بورڈ کے جاری کردہ اعداد و شمار کے مطابق نویں جماعت میں کل 68 ہزار 517 امیدواروں میں سے 50 ہزار 400 طلبہ نے کامیابی حاصل کی، جبکہ دسویں جماعت کے 77 ہزار 251 امیدواروں میں سے 69 ہزار 2 طلبہ پاس ہوئے۔
مجموعی طور پر نویں جماعت کے نتائج کا تناسب 73.56 فیصد اور دسویں جماعت کا شاندار تناسب 89.32 فیصد رہا ہے، جسے تعلیمی ماہرین نے صوبے میں تعلیمی معیار کی بہتری کی علامت قرار دیا ہے۔
English Translation
The Balochistan Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education has officially released the annual results for the matriculation examinations, showcasing an impressive academic performance by students across the province.
In terms of top honors, Ahmed from Balochistan Residential College (BRC) Loralai secured the first position by scoring 1051 marks. The second position was claimed by Matiullah of BRC Zhob with 1050 marks, while Younus Khan and Muhammad Mudassir, both from BRC Loralai, shared the third position with 1046 marks each.
According to the official board statistics, a total of 68,517 candidates appeared for the 9th-grade examinations, out of which 50,400 were declared successful. For the 10th-grade examinations, 77,251 candidates participated, with 69,002 students passing the exams.
The passing percentage for the 9th grade was recorded at 73.56%, while the 10th-grade results showed a significantly higher success rate of 89.32%. Educational circles have welcomed these results, viewing them as an encouraging indicator of academic progress in the region.
